When you don’t feel like baking but want something sweet, whip up this delicious strawberry dessert. It’s reminiscent of those old-fashioned strawberry crunch ice cream bars but without the ice cream.
If you’re looking for the ultimate strawberry dessert, this is it. A delightful blend of strawberries, pudding, cream cheese, and whipped cream sandwiched between a strawberry crunch crust and a strawberry crunch topping is sure to make any strawberry lover happy.
The Crunch
This is what it’s all about, that sinfully delicious strawberry crunch. And it all starts with some Golden Oreos, a little strawberry gelatin, and some butter. This delicious concoction will be the base for the crust as well as the final topping.
The Layers
The crunch may be what takes us back to those old-fashioned ice cream treats, but those layers are what puts this dessert over the top. The first layer consists of cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. This layer gets spread over the crust. It is then topped with fresh sliced strawberries and glaze. Next up is the pudding layer, which is then covered with more whipped cream. And finally, the top is sprinkled with the strawberry crunch topping. So, from the crust to the final topping, this dessert is layer after layer of strawberry goodness.
