Lipton Beefy Onion Soup

mashed potatoes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet. Drain excess oil and return meat to skillet.
Add one packet of Lipton Beefy Onion Soup and 1.5 cups of water to the beef mixture. Bring to a boil and then simmer for five minutes.
Pour beef mixture into the bottom of a 9" casserole pan.
Layer one can of corn over the beef mixture.
Top the corn with the mashed potatoes. Spread them in an even layer.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until gravy is bubbling and potatoes are slightly brown.
